Need help finishing and Tuning project car

Looking for help with finishing and tuning a project car. Project car is a 1979 Ford mustang 5.0 the engine and trans have been swapped to a 1986 EFI 5.0 and T-5 which was running excellent till the recent changes. Changes: A single turbo kit was added, AEM infinity ecu was added, custom wiring harness What help is needed: Need help setting up the AEM ecu and putting a base tune on it, right now I am not seeing the correct signals from the sensors to the ECU. Car is currently in a garage
