We are looking to build a crew for spring. Interviews begin next Friday @ 1pm-3pm. Work begins 3/1/21. Paid training begins 2/22/21 This is what you'll need to qualify: -Drivers license -Social Security Card -Vehicle -Good Attitude -Strong work ethic I can teach you the rest. I'm looking for guys that understand sprinklers, retaining walls, paver patios, and sod installation. We do a fair amount of demo too, so I'll pay more if you're strong and able to hustle. Entry level pay for this position is $22 per hour. I pay more if you can operate excavator and skid. Not drive it, operate. We do take our taxes. We don't need inexperienced people. Nor do we need guys looking for a quick paycheck. We need guys who have families to feed and wanna work and be respected and paid well. Pay is by check or direct deposit every 2 weeks. The hiring process will be three fold. One interview with the owner, one interview with the manager, and a one day paid field run with the crew. You will not start tomorrow or even next week.
