$$$ HVAC Technicians $$$ NRG Heating and Air Conditioning is EXPANDING AGAIN and we are seeking experienced HVAC service technicians to join our service and sales team! NRG has been in business for over 35 years and we are one of the most reputable, stable HVAC companies in the San Fernando Valley. As an HVAC Sales Technician, you are a key member of the team and frequently the face of our company. You must be driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and be able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. You will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing heating and air conditioning parts and equipment. A successful candidate for this position will be able to complete the following to the highest standards… Responsibilities: Sell new air conditioning, heating, and ventilation systems as well as insulation Troubleshoot/Repair/Maintenance on HVAC Systems Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance on units Ability to diagnose problems and perform service calls Respond to emergency maintenance requests/service calls Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications: Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields EPA certification required Familiarity with HVAC engineering and wiring diagrams Great attitude Fast learner Ambitious Excellent customer service skills Good judgement and strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to handle physical workload Tools required Ability to upsell is huge!!!
