Door/Window installer needed to install LVL beam + Sliding Glass Door

I need a door/window installer who has installed sliding glass doors before, if you've installed collapsible / bi-fold glass doors before then even better(!) I will be helping you install and have done similar things to this before but am hoping to find someone who can bring some expertise. The first and second images in my listing is of one of the sliding doors that is white with gridlines in between the glass and I need to replace that with a new bi-fold glass door (similar to sliding doors, see my 3rd image for an example of what we are replacing it with). 1. Replace the currently installed sliding glass door with a new bi-fold door (102"W x 80"H), should be easy. 2. Replace another currently installed sliding glass door with a new bi-fold door (80"W x 80"H), should be easy. 3. Cut into a structural wall to create an opening for a large new window. The window is 42"H and 12ft wide. This requires us installing a new LVL header to support the opening, and beneath the window there is going to be a bar top. See picture #4 for example of what I am trying to accomplish. I also need you to install basic white trim around the doors when completed and caulk them.
