Allen Chase Enterprises, Inc. is looking to hire a current certified "Master Level" Pesticide Applicator in Portland, Maine. "Operator Level” candidates will also be considered. This is a great contract-term based position for eligible candidates. The contract is a multi-year contract, for up to 5 years. The work involves a hi-rail spray truck applying herbicide to State Railroads in Maine (Statewide). Category 6A license are required as well as the Masters Level Certification. Certified 6A Pesticide Operators will also be considered Great opportunity for current licensed Master Level and Operator Level Herbicide Applicator(s) looking for a contract-term opportunity. Responsibilities and Duties: -Applying herbicides to MaineDOT State Railroads. -Maintaining all necessary documentation and paperwork. -Working with a crew of potentially 2-3 other personnel. -Interacting with MaineDOT staff and Chase Management Team. Qualifications and Skills: -Maine Master Level Pesticide License in Category 6A. -Operator Level Pesticide License in Category 6A.
