Looking for a Rough Framer

Hello, I have a duplex down to the studs, looking for a rough framer to sister and level some floors, replace some subfloor and level to leave it ready for tiling, repair some stairs, remove a set of stairs, replace the wood in some areas. To save your time and my time only experienced people that know very well what they're doing. If things go well I have an entension room that needs to be reframed as well.
