We are looking for an independent, reliable, self motivated, and efficient individual to help with our rental business. We have several units that need turnover on a regular basis. This is a part time position with the option to work more or less depending on the individual and motivation. Basic duties include: light laundry, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, floors, and kitchen. May include light snow removal, getting mail, and moving trash cans to and from the end of driveway. For the right candidate, position could grow into more projects in the home and yard. Reliable transportation is a must for last minute cleanings.
