We are so excited to collaborate with Anahata to support sarcoma research. A few things to be aware for this event: Event is completely outdoors. Dress for the weather.Please bring your own yoga mat and any prop(s) you like practicing with (blocks, straps, etc.).Please bring your own non-plastic water bottle. Anahata does not permit any plastic at their events.Masks are mandatory. Once you are settled on your mat, If you feel comfortable, you will be able to remove your mask during the yoga, but we ask that you please put it back on when leaving your spot.All COVID protocols will be implemented during this event. The following form must be filled out electronically before you arrive: COVID Waiver.Be sure to sign up as soon as possible, as space will be quite limited at this event.
