Press release from the City of White Plains: February 3 2021 The City of White Plains Recreation and Parks Department has announced its winter break schedule for Ebersole Ice Rink. The rink will be open for Public Skate (White Plains residents only) Monday, February 15th thru Thursday, February 18th from 1:30-3:30 p.m. On Friday, February 19th the rink will be open for Public Skate (White Plains residents only) 3-5 p.m., 5:30-7:30 p.m. and 8-10 p.m. Public Skate will continue throughout the weekend and will be open to the General Public on Saturday, February 20th 1:30-3:30 p.m. and Sunday, February 21st 8:30-10:15 a.m. (Adults Only) and 1:30-3:30 p.m. Please be aware that we are limited in capacity and it is suggested that guests arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the session they want to attend.
