Miss willow looking for a new home

I post jer once before, but I feel like I should go into more detail about her. I'm looking to rehome our sweet mix willow. She is a little over 2, her birthday is Nov. 5th, about 40 to 60 pounds. She was my moms dog before my mom passed away. I need to rehome her because I can't provide what's best for her and I know that's what my mom would want. Willow is very sweet dog but she also has some issues she needs help with. She is a very nervous dog and a very sheltered dog. She was never leashed trained. She is amazing with kids and other dogs. With cats.. I guess it would depend on the cat because my cat is older and hates her because she wants to play so badly. I love her and want whats best for her, and I know I can't give that too her so I want to give her to someone who can. Preferably with a yard as she loves to run around and play.
