Monitoring production activities, matching actual production to production goals and identifying and correcting field production issues
Providing leadership and scheduling, supervising and coordinating the work in the field
"Performing farm work like driving tractors, operating field-based machinery and equipment, spraying and/or spreading fertilizers, managing livestock, etc. Observing and managing workers to ensure efficient and safe work practices, identifying problems, and initiating corrective action as necessary. Hiring the full time / temporary field workers for tilling ground, pruning, tree training, irrigating, thinning, mowing, weed control, thinning, picking, and such other farming jobs as may be requested. Managing work schedules.
"Directing and coordinating worker activities, such as planting, irrigation, chemical application, harvesting, grading, and recordkeeping. Training workers in farming techniques including planting, harvesting, weeding, and insect identification. Instructing on and maintaining appropriate safety measures. Evaluating quality and estimating quantity of plants or crops"
"Ability to communicate verbally and in writting Valid driver’s license/reliable transportation Pesticide license /willing to obtain license "

Expectations
Must complete all Employer safety training.
Must be available to work up to 9 hours a day 7 days a week for the duration of harvest.
Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions; wind, cold, heat, smoke, wet.
Must be on time and ready to work at the scheduled time.
Must be on call during frost season and irrigation season for potential issues
