Seeking investors/partners to contribute to a real estate consortium. Expected return on investment is 10-15%. You would have an active voice in determining the investments. Looking to purchase property in the Scranton area. Rental market is very strong and stable. Must have minimum $5,000 to invest and willing to commit to minimum 5 year holding period. You will be included on the deed as part owner and receive quarterly dividends based on rental income. Also the possibility you could be involved in management, i.e. selecting tenants, collecting &n depositing rent, assisting with repairs/maintenance. I am a hands on owner and looking to expand my portfolio with like-minded investors who would like a solid ROI.
