DUTIES • General Carpentry • General Masonry • General Plumbing • Basic Electrical QUALIFICATIONS • Must be able to lift or maneuver at least 25 lbs. • Team player and able to work well with others. • Strong organizational and verbal skills, attention to detail • Highly motived, self-starter. • Bi-lingual a plus, not required.
