Description
The punch and warranty manager is an important position that works closely with our Project Managers and Project Superintendents and has potential to grow with our company.
Duties:
1. Manage crews dedicated to assigned punch and warranty items.
2. Act as project superintendent during completion phase when necessary.
3. Communication skills: The Manager must possess the ability to effectively communicate with multiple parties in a professional manner. This communication includes delegating tasks to sub-contractors, and updating clients on project status.
4. Organization: attention to detail and able to handle multiple duties
5. Excel, Office, and Reading Plans(experience good but not required)
6. Positive attitude, excellent work ethic and lead by example with both attitude and execution.
