Help Wanted We are looking for 1 hard working and enthusiastic person to join our farm team. Come be a part of an amazing group of people dedicated to the plant and the planet! We have two Tier 2 licensed OLCC cannabis farms in Williams Oregon, both 100% organic, with a focus on sustainable practices and biodiversity. The Job- A team of 4-7 hard working people will join together to grow our cannabis crop this year, led by a highly-experienced group of managers. Tasks vary by day, by month, and by season. Work is primarily outside, in the elements, and consisting of manual labor. We prioritize and value efficiency, focus, and a quick-pace of work. Experience that is particularly valuable to us: Construction, vegetable farming experience, running heavy equipment, mechanical skills, landscaping experience, etc. Compensation: $15/hr Hours: Must be available 7am-6pm M-F. Saturdays optional. No work on Sundays. Location: Williams OR All workers must have an OLCC workers permit to be able to work on our farm.
