Owners and Property Managers are to also make certain that after every change in occupancy every dwelling unit is required to pass an inspection for lead contaminated dust, performed by an MDE accredited inspection contractor. I can give you all the steps on what needs to be done so your property can be compliant with Maryland Law and work with you on pricing and setting a date for your inspection! Inspection Appointments can be made any day of the week from 8am until 8 pm.
