We are professionals in our trade and provide a HIGH level of service to help our awesome customers SOLVE DIRTY PROBLEMS (did you catch the play on words there). * HERE'S THE GIG – you’ll join our team starting as an exterior cleaning technician, working in a team guided by our operations manager during training. We will provide you with structured training before you even head out in the field, but you’ll learn a ton on the job too. We do performance reviews at 15 and 30 days to ensure you are on pace, we want you to grow with us, FAST. After you are proficient in the roll and your review with our operations manager shows you are ready, you will be sent out solo to complete jobs for 2-3 days to reinforce your training. We are a fast growing company and LOVE to promote from within. We have an outlined roadmap for you to follow so you know what is needed to promote to the next level (transparency).
