We are a growing company seeking experienced bi-lingual patio installers to provide services in prominent communities in the DFW Metroplex. We are looking for hard-working, career-minded candidates that have a passion for creating beautiful landscapes and patios. Individuals must be able to work in a team environment in positive, professional, and efficient manner with a high attention to detail, quality, and customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities include: - Building pergolas, gazebos and covered patios - Accurately read and understand job plans - Ability to follow instruction - Ability to learn new skills - Review job specifications - Maintain positive client relationships - Adhere to company safety policies - Prepare installation sites - Correctly operate power tools such as electric saws and nail guns - Correctly operate hand tools - Know and exercise tool and equipment etiquette and safety - Be able to minimize wasting materials and supplies - Show up on time and be ready to work - Must be able to maintain a clean work environment - Be comfortable working on ladders - Be willing to be a team player and work well with others - Show leadership skills Requirements - 3 plus years of experience - Knowledge with outdoor kitchens (a plus, but not required) - Self-starter mentality - Be able to complete a job from start to finish - Work well with time constraints - Show leadership mentality - Reliable transportation - Ability to pass a background check (if not able, please explain) - Be drug free - Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (a plus, but not required) If it sounds like you will be a good fit, we want to hear from you!
