We are seeking qualified painters, drywallers, and general laborers for apartment turn over and common area improvement. We offer competitive pay and payment typically within 10 days of service. We require all vendors and subcontractors to provide evidence of insurance, complete a W-9 for Tax Purposes, and sign the vendor Agreement.
