Essential Functions and Duties: The Warehouse Manager will oversee all activities and procedures in the warehouse and oversee all incoming/outgoing shipments from the warehouse. Ensure all shipments are weighed within 48 hours of arrival at warehouse Keep records of all shipments from third parties Ensure that shipments are stored in the warehouse in an orderly manner Ensure warehouse meets RSMO and MTO guidelines Assist in loading and unloading shipments when necessary Maintains both the security and integrity of property within the facility Supervises assigned warehouse and moving employees, including ensuring appropriate safety guidelines are followed at all times. Maintains a clean and neat work area both inside the warehouse and in the surrounding grounds and lots. Team members are in proper uniforms. Ensures aisles and marked walkways are clear of obstructions and debris. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Interpersonal communication Ability to multitask Conflict management skills Ability to operate forklift Required Education and Experience: Required: High School diploma or GED Required: 2+ years of related experience Working Conditions: Indoors and outdoors Warehouse environment Frequent bending and lifting Lifting objects up to 50 pounds Frequent use of warehouse equipment
