The Mowing Pros are hiring for the 2021 season. We are looking to fill full time positions for a Lawn Tech. For an expedited process, fill out an application online at www.themowingpros.com/employment Responsibilities: - Mow, string trim, edge and blow off lawns designated on your daily route sheet - Add growth to your route by sales to new and existing customers - Maintain a relationship with your customers to retain their business - Do routine maintenance to your assigned equipment Requirements: - **Valid Driving Record with no accidents, points or tickets within the last 3 years** - Drug free - Reliable transportation (Metro and ride sharing do not count) - Able to work 5 days a week, 8-10 hours a day, and sometimes Saturdays and Sundays - Must be able to lift 50lbs+, work in warm weather, and sometimes rain - Must be a legal US resident - Positive attitude is a must - Must be 22+ years old - Commercial mowing experience preferred but not required Pay: Between $550 and $650 per week (pay day is every Friday). We use the "work smarter, not harder" method when it comes to the business aspects- our trucks and equipment are new(ish) and updated. We keep our equipment looking good and great working order so you can be out mowing. We are very family friendly oriented, and want you to be home with your families instead of working 55+ hours. This is the reason why we work M-Th. Our business has had steady growth, this is our 9th year in business. Each year we have doubled (or in some cases tripled) in size, so there is job security.
