Please folks, I need a female pigeon. It’s urgent. I have a male pigeon as a pet, a beautiful capuchine. His name is mochi. He’s an amazing bird, trained to fly to my shoulder, loves treats, sweet as can be. However, he’s about a year old and is going through a bit of a phase. See, mochi needs a girlfriend. Badly. He tries to mate my hand, my shoe, my leg. He’s so protective of his area and nesting area I have for him and his eventual girlfriend. He grunts every time I’m in there to feed him or check on him. He screams all night long. And ladies and gents, it is not a beautiful sound. It’s not a glorious songbird singing in the night. No, this is my pigeon. And god bless America, I cannot listen to him grunt and coo and twirl around all night long any more! Please, help mochi find a girlfriend. I will pay whatever it takes.
