Job summary The Warehouse Support / Associate is to maintain clean and organized warehouse operations at all times. All products to be checked in and put away in proper bin locations. Follow all OSHA and EPA work safe practices while working in the warehouse or on or around any machinery. Assist in training any new warehouse associates to create an efficient warehouse operation. Job Expectations · Coordinate and oversee all warehouse logistics · Track and account for all incoming and outgoing products · Perform various inventory counts; order supplies and goods as needed · Maintain warehouse and machinery, ensuring equipment is serviced when needed and a clean and tidy workspace is kept at all times · Ensure that picking materials match contractor job materials lists day or two before scheduled · Ensure proper transport, packaging, and placement of products · Abide by and enforce facility rules and state laws and regulations · Improve warehouse work processes through recommendations to your supervisor. Ideas and plans are welcomed to create an inclusive work environment · Determine and track most important warehouse KPI’s · Critical thinker and problem-solving skills · Assist Warehouse Supervisor to maintain shipping documentation, manifests, and receipts; enter relevant data in reports as needed Measures of Success · Maintain a 100% safety record monthly · Advise management of any unsafe conditions that require expenditures to prevent injury. · Achieve 15 minute daily load out goal of installers by training warehouse staff to pick, pull and organize materials in the staging area. · Keep warehouse organized and receive all incoming shipments accurately to reduce any errors in picking jobs. · Notify warehouse supervisor immediately if any job cannot be completely picked and staged due to damages or missing products · Receive, mark, and stage all special order materials in proper bin location · Keep and maintain warehouse cleanliness and efficiencies established by the Warehouse Supervior Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
