RESIDENTIAL INSTALLER HELPER

Reports To The Residential Installer Helper will report to the Operations Manager. Job Overview Assist with install of all products that have been measured for any given residence and/or assist with any service for any given residence in a timely manner keeping quality at the forefront to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the install and/or service. Responsibilities and Duties • Load truck with all products based off of the route sheets provided each day. • Ensure all of the proper supplies for the route are checked out each morning. • Drive to each residence in the order that the route is given to you unless other instructions have been given. • Once you arrive to job site, unload all materials to the proper locations at the residence. • Complete tasks as directed by the Residential Installer as to what needs to be done at each job site. • Assist the Residential Installer as needed to ensure all products are installed to AGI standards. • Ensure all glass is cleaned and all trash is removed from the residence before moving on to the next job site. • Return route papers to the proper location at the end of each day with all notes needed to re-order or close out each ticket. Qualifications • Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License • Must be able to work in the United States • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. • The ability to communicate in English and/or Spanish both verbally and in writing. • Previous Installer experience is a plus but not required. • Must be able to lift 50 pounds. • Must be able to reach and work with product overhead as needed. • Must be able to stand for long periods of time. • Must be able to use a ladder as needed to install product at higher elevations such as cabinet glass, mirrors or floor- to -ceiling shower panels. • Perform any other duties required by management.
