Description
Reports To The Site Tech will report to the Operations Manager. Job Overview Manage your assigned territory by accurately measuring al residences or multi-family units by the due date indicated on your daily measure tickets or that is assigned by management. Responsibilities and Duties • Review measure tickets daily in order to efficiently route out your measures for the day. • Contact the builder and/or homeowner as needed to gain access to the residence for measure. • Drive to each location. • Upon arrival to residence, check for any discrepancy in the residence that would prevent you from completing the measure. (ie working on floors, missing tile, bows in the wall, negative grade tile, etc..). • Notify the builder and/or homeowner of any issues that prevents a complete measure and to get a time frame of when the discrepancies will be repaired. Notify the office of any discrepancies as well. • Accurately measure for each product that is listed on your measure ticket and enter the measures into your I-pad. • After measures are completed, send the measures into the office before departing to your next scheduled measure to ensure product is ordered and delivered per AGI standards. • Must familiarize yourself with aIIAGl products to ensure proper products are being measured. (ie., custom door needed, must have door in center, support bar needed etc..). Notify the builder and/or homeowner, as well as the office staff of any changes needed. • Perform any small service that may be required in your assigned territory that has been assigned by management. These may include, but are not limited to; (shower and mirror adjustments, installing new plastics, header adjustment, etc..). • Build a healthy relationship with each builder in your territory by having regular communication about your measures to ensure you are all on the same page. Qualifications • Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License • Must be able to work in the United States • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. • The ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing. Bilingual is a plus but not required. Must be able to use and read a tape measure, laser and level. • Must have basic knowledge of all hand tools. • Must have excellent verbal communication skills. • Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to reach and work with product overhead as needed. • Must be able to stand for long periods of time. • Must be able to use a ladder as needed to measure product at higher elevations such as cabinet glass, mirrors or floor- to -ceiling shower panels. • Perform any other duties required by management.
