Description
Objective: The successful candidate will be motivated and skilled to perform the functions required, with efficiency and speed.
Essential Job Functions:
• Manage account ranging from 60 to 100+ temporary employees
• Filling Job Orders effectively and successfully while tracking all assignments
• Create active list for account
• Payroll processing
• Run reports as requested by client or Corporate
• Injury handling matters/paperwork
• Generating Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports
• Prepare, attend, and present Safety Meetings
• Conduct associates check-ins and make sure they are assigned on the time clock and have PPE.
• Responsible for overall account needs
• Perform other job tasks as assigned
• On-call
Job Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimal 5 years practical work experience within staffing industry
Ability to be goal and detailed oriented, persistent and motivated, possess high level of initiative, ability to handle stressful situations, meet deadlines, work well in team environment and carry out client
