Property Maintenance Technician/Coordinator
Job Overview
The property maintenance technician/coordinator will be responsible for property maintenance, tenant improvements, and maintenance management of commercial, retail, industrial, and residential properties. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain property systems for 16 buildings and 125 units. Execute maintenance schedules/checklists and complete tenant build-outs/improvements. Looking for 30 to 40 hours per week. Compensation dependent on skill level.
Qualifications
Well versed in all trades including plumbing, electrical, framing, and finishing drywall
Prefer Licensed Contractor
Has own truck and tools with clean valid CA driver’s license
Must have the ability to perform solo tasks with minimal supervision, or as part of a team
Professional, positive attitude, & self-starter
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
Knowledgeable about safety regulations
Tech-savvy
Legally eligible to work within the United States
