Flash Dog Training is seeking a balanced dog trainer to join our Team at our CO location. Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of professional dog training experience working with clients using prong collars and e collars. We are a board and train based business and are seeking full-time employment. Previous experience teaching prong collar techniques to clients is required. We are willing to train the right individual to learn our e collar system. Must have an open mind and must be willing to take constructive criticism. Must have reliable transportation. Duties include: selling dog training programs over the phone to perspective clients, kennel and grounds cleaning, training dogs, updating clients of their dog's progress via social media, sending electronic contracts (DocuSign) and email correspondence with clients, conducting 'half-way and go-home' lessons, all general canine husbandry practices (grooming, nail trimming, bathing, etc.) Pay scale - $16 to $20 Depending on Experience.
