Onsite Maintenance and Cleaning Technician We are looking for an onsite dedicated individual who has experience with maintenance and cleaning for a Family Practice Office in the 1604 & Blanco area. This is an hourly part-time position with no benefits. The required work schedule is from 2 pm – 7:00 pm Monday – Friday. Weekends may be required; advance notice will be given. Responsibilities Repairing and treating structures such as sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, plumbing, painting, and walls/building exteriors (as needed). Complete grounds – grounds pick up, sweeping and light landscaping. Housekeeping – replace toilet paper, empty trash, clean restroom/breakroom, dust, change light bulbs, sweep, mop and etc. Schedule window cleaning. Schedule monthly deep cleaning. Spray the clinic with “Professional disinfect spray” twice a week and travel twice a week to our 2nd location 2520 to spray twice a week only. We will provide the certification. All materials needed will be provided onsite. Experience and a background check are required (but does not disqualify you). Please inquiry if you are the perfect candidate for the position.
