We operate a fleet of 70 trucks (Mostly 2020 Freightliners) and handle all preventative maintenance and up to medium level repairs on-site. We do not handle internal engine repairs. Family atmosphere with excellent working conditions. Large shop with several other other truck and trailer techs and shop employees. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE: * 5+ YEARS DIESEL MECHANIC EXPERIENCE * Must have experience working with diagnostic software * Very High Level of Attention to Detail * Hands-On, Get it Done work Ethic * Team Player Personality PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: * CLASS A CDL w/ Valid Medical Card Preferred * Prefer Experience with a Trucking Fleet or a Road Tractor Dealer * Prefer certifications with Detroit or ASE BENEFITS: * Top pay in the area for a fleet. Paid weekly with direct deposit * 1st Shift Schedule, Tuesday thru Saturday (7 AM until 5 PM). * No second shift, no nights. * No on-call & no after hours road service * Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short/Long Term Disability * 401K * PTO: Paid Vacation, 7 Paid Holidays, 2 Personal Days * Periodic paid training * Ability to advance Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour - depending on experience, licenses, and certifications.
