Description
ServiceMaster is looking for an energetic, self-motivated candidate who will be working in a multifaceted position typically out in the field.
Essential duties include but are not limited to:
Managing 8 – 10 employees.
Identify and solve issues.
Complete building inspections and maintain quality.
Ensure that services are performed as contracted and in the allotted time.
Daily tracking.
Training new employees.
Qualifications:
Maintain a clean and organized work space
Ability to work in a team environment with a diverse group of people.
Good communication and people skills.
Some experience managing people.
Have reliable transportation.
Dependability.
Compensation: Based on experience
