Our training program ensures that you know what you’re doing, that you know how to do it well, and that you know how to do it efficiently. The end result is that as a transcriptionist you are earning higher-than-base compensation and that our clients are getting the best possible work delivered to them. WHAT THE JOB IS Create your own weekday schedule between 7:00am EST and 10:00pm EST. You must submit your desired work times two weeks in advance. When you need days/times off or need to work a different schedule than usual, no problem. Plan ahead, and create your own schedule. Truly! You will have access to our proprietary transcription software, which was designed with information security as a bedrock principle. NO manually saving files to your computer, NO hassle of downloading and uploading, and for our clients: peace of mind knowing their data is secure. All work is delivered and automated via this platform. You must have a Windows 10 computer, and you will be provided with a foot pedal although using your own is an option. After logging in to our platform, you will begin receiving audio files immediately. Each audio file must be completed in one sitting. The average length of each file is approximately two minutes. The content of the files vary but are predominantly single-speaker English audio files. We expect every employee to be logged in and working for the duration of their shift. We offer the opportunity for short paid breaks during your shift as well as the opportunity to take meal breaks or other extended unpaid breaks. You have the ability to work split shifts (ex: three hours in the morning, three hours in the evening). COMPENSATION Career Track: You will receive the higher of production pay OR $11.00 hourly for your first four weeks of training. First raise at company’s discretion, typically within 3 months of hire. Subsequent raises are automatic and based on both productivity and tenure. You must have significant experience (minimum one year) doing transcription OR you must be a current employee receiving a promotion to this track. Must work between 30-40 hours per week. Employer-subsidized medical, dental, vision available for eligible employees. The current average compensation for those on this track exceeds $13.00 hourly Part-Time Track: You will receive the higher of production pay OR $10.00 hourly for your first four weeks of training. First raise at company’s discretion, typically within 3 months of hire. Subsequent raises are automatic and based on both productivity and tenure. Must work at least 16 hours per week (weekdays only). Current employees are given preference when requesting promotion to full-time track. The current average compensation for those on this track exceeds $11.00 hourly. New Scribe Track: You will receive the higher of production pay OR $9.00 hourly for your first four weeks of training. First raise (promotion to Part-Time Track) at company’s discretion, typically within 3 months of hire. Subsequent raises are automatic and based on both productivity and tenure. Must work at least 16 hours per week (weekdays only). This is the track for those without experience performing transcription. A minimum of 50 WPM is required. To apply, visit.
