W2 Position QUALIFICATIONS OF REPS We are looking for team members that know their way around the retail environment, who will work to build positive relationships and who are passionate about training and assisting customers. If you are detail oriented, committed, a natural salesperson not afraid to approach customers and are tech-savvy with the ability to communicate technology in a meaningful way this may be the job for you! Employees will be required to navigate in several different systems for this program and should be tech savvy with the ability to troubleshoot. PROGRAM DETAILS o Perform regular, merchandising visits, training visits, and customer interactions to help drive sales for our client o Drive incremental sales by leveraging strong relationships with dept managers, regional mgrs, dedicated Small Appliances blue shirts o Provide clear reporting on # of retail employees trained and units sold, units on hand, at store level, by store type (A/B/C door ranking) o Provide insights from the field: competitive observations, store successes/issues o Confirm displays are set up correctly o Educate store associates on the features and benefits of the air purifier ONGOING STORE VISITS - Each rep will be assigned 5 stores. The locations to be covered are in Issaquah, Silverdale, Tukwila, Seattle and Lynnwood. Drivetime between locations is paid. o Visit each store twice a month • Once the 1st – 15th • Once the 16th – end of month DAYS/HOURS o Monday – Friday between 10/11am and 7pm (could vary by store hours) o Ideal rep should be able to work Monday – Friday and have a flexible schedule ? If during the week does not work, you can do visits on the weekend but ensure you are not taking employees away from customers. ? This will be discussed with manager and a schedule will be worked out o 1 hour per store (45 minutes in store + 15 minutes admin time) o 1 hour monthly rally call o Total Monthly hours” ? Locations with 5 stores = 11 hours per month PAID TRAINING o Total of 4 hours o Virtual • Retail Safety Training • Retail Induction Training • Product training • PPE Training RATE OF PAY $17/hour UNIFORM o Polo o Badge o Lanyard o Jeans/Khaki’s o Closed toe shoes ***PPE will be provided for all staff COVID-19 precautions Remote interview process Personal protective equipment provided or required Social distancing guidelines in place Virtual meetings Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Employee Safety is very important. Training will include Covid safety protocols and all employees will be provided with PPE gear.
