Looking for handyman to help with rehab and repairs. Must have own tools, circular saw, razor blade, (t) square,,drill/driver/ tape measure, hammer, and pry bar. Skills needed are mostly sheetrock, finishing, tiling, hanging doors, repairing broken cabinets, holes in wall, flooring installation, or repair. Plumbing, and electrical aren't really necessary. Transportation recommended as you need to be able to get to the job site in most cases. Most work is on the Northside of Syracuse, but we do work outside the city occassionally. Pay day is Friday, Cash payment. Flexible PM hours.
