Position: We are a local Asphalt Paving and Asphalt Maintenance company that has been in operation since 2015. We value our customers and employees, and it shows! We are currently seeking a Sealcoat Foreman for our Maintenance crew. If you meet the qualifications, we would love to hear from you! Please only respond if you have experience. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE Job Summary: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Managing Sealcoat/Crackseal projects; both residential and commercial - Manage crew - Operation of company vehicle and hauling equipment - Regular Maintenance of your equipment and vehicle - Position is full time, ability to work Saturday's & willing to work overtime Qualifications: - Must have a driver’s license with an excellent driving record - Must work well as a team and have experience as a leader - Must have experience with Sealing and Crackfill - Must be safety oriented and willing to follow safety standards of the company - Completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol screening What our Company Offers: -Medical, Dental & Vision Plan -Retirement Plan -Paid Holidays and PTO -Family oriented company with Employee appreciation Events
