Highly successful and growing rapidly, we are seeking a full-time Maintenance/ Turn Technician to work on the North side of Columbus to perform routine, preventative, apartment turnover, and emergency repairs to an apartment community. Maintenance or “handyman” experience is required, with apartment maintenance experience a plus and certifications desired but not required (Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT), North American Technician Excellence (NATE), HVAC certification, etc.). Range of repairs includes plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, basic carpentry, drywall, etc. Must have own set of basic tools and ability to respond to emergency calls on a rotational basis after hours.
