We have an exciting opportunity for a take charge maintenance person with good handyman skills with room to advance in the company!!! We are looking for an individual who wants stability, job growth potential within our organization and become a team member of a great stable community. We are looking for the right person to handle the basic maintenance, door repairs, building repairs, and common area repairs at our large storage property. The right Person must have a great working knowledge of basic hand tools, must have reliable transportation, and must be willing to take ownership of this 14 acre self storage/covered RV facility. Will also be working in the office from time to time, so we need someone that has basic computer skills. · Shows, rents and cleans self-storage units as well as actively selling and maintaining supplies of moving and packing materials. We need someone that has good customer skills while working with the general public. Looking for a self starter to take the lead and take ownership of a property as though it was your own. If so this is the job for you. Ideally the perfect candidate is someone with some knowledge in basic electrical, basic plumbing, and is willing to keep this property looking like an A+ property. We are looking for someone willing to work weekends, with a flexible schedule. Hours of operation currently are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. May be required to travel to another local property on as needed basis. Good verbal and written communication skills required for work orders, maintenance requests, computer skills and phone skills are a plus!!! To obtain an application please submit your resume.
