Responsibilities: -Respond to repair requests quickly and professionally. -Furniture and carpet removal -Install appliances -Light Electrical: Install, replace/repair wires, outlets and switches -Plumbing-unclogging toilets, sinks and drains -Paint and spackle. -Diagnosing problems. -Interior and exterior general maintenance and trouble shooting -Lock repair and installation -Small carpentry and drywall repairs -General cleaning and other tasks as assigned.
