Looking to earn extra part to full time income? We are a local company looking for general maintenance techs/handymen to join our team! Do you have experience with general home repair jobs and/or home remodels? If you have any of these skills, give us a call: - Smaller projects such as drywall patching and repair, painting, minor plumbing (faucet and garbage disposal replacement, toilet repair, minor leaks) minor electrical (replace GFI, ceiling fans, light fixtures etc). deck and fence repair/staining. - Larger projects such as bathroom remodels, basement remodels, tiling, laminate/LVP flooring, framing/drywall, baseboard. Areas of service include O'Fallon, Shiloh, Belleville, Lebanon and surrounding areas. Pay is dependent on experience level, starts at $12-$15 and could go up to $20/hr if you have your own tools/equipment and have experience as a foreman. Hours are typically M-F, 25-40 hrs a week depending on the project and how much you want to work. We are currently looking to fill 2-3 positions.
