$1000+ per week rough cleaning new construction houses

We need crews that can do rough cleans (window cleans after install and paint) on new construction homes. Job description - trim paper off frames and wipe frames, clean out window tracks, and latch tracks clean off texture and paint. Clean windows, sweep floors, general clean of tubs and shower pans. Blow out cabinets and basic wipe off counter tops. We also do power washing, frame cleans and do window re cleans prior to move-ins. Will need ladders, 4" razor scrappers, small shop vacuum, 100' extension cord, window cleaning supplies and push broom. Rough crews can earn $1000+ per week with experience. Our top crew (which has 10 years experience) makes about $1800 per week. This is independent contractor work and pays by the job. The builders we work for don't pay a lot per house so the more houses that can be done in a day the more money someone can earn. If you have interior clean experience that can help also.
