Great Pay & Working With Experienced Professional Crew! Climate Controlled Work Environment! Hanna Trailer is searching for a Shipping Clerk in Oak Creek, WI. This is a direct hire opportunity for full time employment. Qualified candidates need to have previous shipping and receiving experience with knowledge of domestic shipping and carriers (USPS, UPS, Spee-Dee and FedEx). Apply today! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform domestic shipping activities Develop and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers & carriers Pick orders from stock or staging area Prepare product to ship to customers Box, crate, shrink-wrap products Contact common carriers to schedule pick-ups Affix completed address label Complete and maintain required paperwork Operate forklift and hand truck to transport inventory Track shipments and advise the current status of deliveries Work with Parts Department and Internet Sales Department to Fulfill Orders Requirements: High School Diploma or GED Experience in warehouse or shipping and receiving At least one year of experience in inventory Experience using the computer to process and print bills of lading, package labels, etc. Type 40 word per minute Able to lift up to 70lbs Able to stand, walk, sit, bend, climb, balance, stoop, twist, reach, kneel, crouch or crawl throughout shift Reliable transportation and valid Drivers License. Previous automotive parts counter experience a definite plus, including the ability to find products through automotive catalogs. Knowledge of camping and RV parts, snowmobiling, utility trailers and parts, snow removal equipment and automotive or related maintenance would be helpful in understanding our product lines. Hours are M-F 8-5 & every other Sat 8am-11am
