Home Path Remodeling is looking for qualified tradesmen with at least 2 years of experience in either flat work, basement & foundation repairs, or masonry to join our team! Our growth and expansion allows for positions for both Foremen and skilled tradesmen wanting to move into a Foremen leadership role in the near future. Qualified Candidate will… • Lead by example and demonstrates good work ethics for crew members • Set the pace for the job and ensure healthy production • Oversee all jobs and guarantee work is complete and done to satisfaction • Promotes positive work environment Job Requirements: Masonry • Min 2 years’ experience building retaining walls Flatwork • Knowledge in all areas of concrete from set up to finishing • Driveway experience a must Foundation Repair • Operating an excavator and skid steer • Running an excavator job start to finish (including straightening of the wall) • Measuring beams and installing them according to WAFRP • Understanding the standards of the WAFRP on beam spacing and how to choose correct size of beams with hardware At Home Path Remodeling, our people are our greatest asset.
