Ft. Worth Area ONLY LOCALS for this position. Pallet Builder Full time Night Position 2:30pm - 11pm Mon-Sat. Benbrook, TX - Ft. Worth Area Off Hwy 377 and 820 South POSITION PURPOSE: This is an entry-level full-time position. The function of this position is to build pallets per specifications. This position supports a variety of functions from set up of workstations, prepping work station, and clean up. Production required. Must be able to complete production of 120 pallets a day $12.00 hr, if you produce more you can make more depending on size. Hours are 2:30pm -11pm M-F some Saturdays required. Benefits included. Must be good with hands and carpentry is preferred but not required. This position reports to assigned Fricks Pallet Supervisor. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: o Arrive on time, be reliable, must have reliable transportation to get to/from work (ride share not recommended) and ready to work. o Cleaning and preparing work station o Repair and build pallets of various sizes o Keeps work area clean and organized o Operate power tools i.e air gun o Operate pallet jack and Forklift o Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment. o Supports other functions o Performs other specialized tasks which may require on the job training. o Other duties as assigned REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES: o Must be at least 18 years of age o Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks o Pass physical and drug screen test o Must be punctual and reliable o Must obey all applicable safety procedures EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: o High School Diploma preferred, not required o Some knowledge of construction and operating heavy equipment, preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: o Prolonged standing and walking o Ability to crouch, stoop, kneel, squat and bend for long periods of time o Able to lift 50 pounds at a time o Requires full range of body movements o Overtime o Able to work in a manufacturing environment, indoor/outdoor, and occasional inclement weather conditions Apply by email with your name, phone number, position you applied for and where you applied Craigslist.
