Alliance Industrial Solutions has partnered with one of the world’s largest suppliers to the automotive industry. Their agility and expertise make them the ideal partner for autonomy, electrification, and building complete vehicles. We are currently seeking Production Associates including Assemblers, Machine Operators, Quality Inspectors, Warehouse Associates, and Forklift Operators to start ASAP at their Lancaster facility. Machine Operator and Warehouse Associate Job Duties & Requirements: - Ability to read and follow all work instructions and standard operating procedures; - Observe operation of the machine and verify conformance of workpiece to specifications and dimensions as well as visually inspect parts for non-conformance; - Use of materials handling equipment to transport parts/components to all stations on the production line; - Perform daily inventory counts; - Perform direct assembly/sub-assembly tasks to meet production schedules; - Prefer two (2) years of experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment; - Experience in automotive manufacturing a plus; - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. is required; - Knowledge of production processes and metals is a plus. Machine Operator and Warehouse Associate Hours: - 7:00am - 3:00pm - 3:00pm - 11:00pm - OT may be required before or after your normally scheduled shift and on weekends Machine Operator and Warehouse Associate Pay & Benefits: - $14.00 - $15.50 per hour to start - After a brief probationary period, employees may be eligible for a full benefits package including dental, medical, and vision insurance, PTO, and a 401k - They are an Equal Opportunity Employer along with being a drug-free workplace.
