We're looking to bring on another cleaner to support our growing AirBnB rental property. The property is a duplex-style cabin with (1) a main 3 bedroom/2 bath upstairs cabin and (2) a downstairs studio apartment. We're looking for someone who is able to work Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays between the hours of 11am-4pm. You'll usually be working 2 out of those 3 days but it will vary based on when guests are checking in and out of the cabin. The work is similar to cleaning a hotel room, though we do occasionally need more deep cleans. It includes: changing linens, cleaning kitchen and baths, minor dusting, vacuuming and mopping floors. During the winter months, we ask for your help with things like hauling a starter pile of wood in for guests, shoveling snow from steps, and doing basic hot tub chemical balancing (we can train you on the hot tubs--it's easier than it sounds!) Pay is flat-rate by the turnover and is: - $75 for the studio (roughly 3 hours) - $115 for the upstairs cabin (roughly 4 hours) - $190 for both units in the same-day (5 hours) Please reply to this posting via email to apply. Reliable transportation to Government Camp/Mount Hood with a car that can handle snow (tires, chains, 4WD). Ability to follow the separate checklists for each BnB. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds. Have a phone and be willing to use TurnoverBNB app (for scheduling), check in with owner via texts, and send pictures if necessary. Able to pass a background check.
