Sign Installer Job Description (Full Time) Waypoint Sign Company is the premier architectural signage company in the Seattle Metro area. We specialize in full-service wayfinding signage for large scale residential and commercial buildings. Waypoint's focus on customer service first has driven our growth from being a local Seattle company to providing services across the country. We are seeking a candidate with experience in similar/relatable fields to join our team as a non-electrical sign installer(s). Sign Installers bring our design concepts to reality on job sites and work closely with our Project Managers and in-house fabrication team. Sign Installers are the final impression of our product and company name when interacting with clients and must be always professional and courteous. Personal accountability and organization are important attributes when working with colleagues and clients. Basic Requirements: Experience in the sign industry or similar manufacturer Valid Washington State drivers license and insurable driving record Ability to operate a variety of common hand and power tools Routinely lifting 50lbs or greater Ability to remain on your feet for long periods Ability to read site plans Ability to travel as needed, typically less than 10% of the time Excellent communication skills and team player Accurately complete project paperwork and documentation for Project Managers reference Problem solving and time planning/efficiency planning Preferred, but not required: 5+ years of experience in the sign industry or similar manufacturer Current lift certification OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Card Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and plans Advanced knowledge of various vinyl/film installation methods and ability to troubleshoot Experience leading install teams on large scale projects What we offer: Competitive Pay Medical, dental, vision coverage Opportunities for career progression Great company culture 401k retirement plan Paid vacation and sick leave 7 paid Holidays If you are interested and have the above skills and experience, please submit your resume for consideration.
