Looking for Someone to build a Built in Shelf and Faux Fireplace

Hi, I'm looking to transition the shelf you see into a built in shelf. I've attached an image of what I want the built-in shelf to look like, and the shelf that currently exists. The shelf that currently exists is just an IKEA shelf that we put in the "hole in the wall" that used to be a closet. Measurements are also listed below. I love the rounded top of the built in shelf. The Ceiling is 8 feet. Please send me what you would charge to do this! Thank you!
