Apartment community seeking a full time maintenance tech. Job duties include a/c work, tile work, installing cabinets, cleaning grounds, lite plumbing, some electrical and any handy work to maintain an apartment. Must be able to work with others. HVAC certified a plus but not required. Must be willing to be on call at least every other week and live in the Knoxville area.
