Small property management company looking for help ASAP.
Must have your own snowblower & vehicle to drive & transport snow blower.
Snow-blowing only. no shoveling needed.
11 different stops all within a mile radius in Heritage Hill.
16 total properties. (few of the properties are are all in a row next to each other.)
All properties need sidewalk clearing.
5 of the locations are corner lots. (FYI)
4 of the locations need the driveway done (plow truck cant make it in to clear)
3 locations need some clean up in driveway where plow can't get.
Just need the sidewalks snow blowed - nothing more.
you will be part of a crew of 3 other people.
we start around the same time together and clear all properties together.
ideally start at 7am the day after 2" snowfall or as needed in heavy snow.
(there are others locations we clear not included in this route)
This route should take 3-4 hours.
Will pay cash hourly.
