- Sidewalk Technicians (shovel and snow blow) Must be at least 18 years old - $28.00 per hour - Plow drivers - $32.00 and up, must have 2 years experience - Skid steer operator - $32.00 and up, must have 2 years experience All pay is on the books. Payroll is bi-weekly (every other Friday) To work with our equipment Must have transportation to Elizabeth, NJ Drivers and operators must have valid NJ License in good standing Hiring for all shifts - Days, Nights, Weekends, and Holidays, minimum hour guarantee Chris James Landscaping, Inc.
